To ensure that the procedures related to the delivery of the College’s scope of registration (training packages, accredited courses and units of competency) incorporate the principles contained in the 2025 Standards for RTOs Credentials Policy.

This policy ensures that all VET units of competency, training packages and accredited courses offered by the College remain relevant to the needs of industry.

This policy ensures that any AQF qualification documents issued by the College complies with Standard 3 of the RTO Standards. 

To ensure that prior to enrolment or the commencement of training and assessment all prospective VET students are adequately advised of the services they are to receive, their rights and obligations, and the College’s responsibilities. The policy also affirms that when VET students require additional information they are clearly directed as to where to find the information.

This policy ensures that all operations of the College related to the delivery and assessment of training packages, VET accredited courses and units of competency are quality assured.

This policy ensures that any VET units of competency or training packages that are about to be superseded are clearly identified. 

To ensure that all VET students can be uniquely identified through the Student Identifier Number scheme. 

This policy establishes a framework for complying with Outcome 1 of the Outcome Standards in the 2025 Standards for Registered Training Organisations.

The aim of this policy is to ensure that the college’s transition of VET training packages and VET accredited courses incorporate the principles contained in the Compliance Standards of the 2025 Standards for RTOs.

This policy is to ensure that the delivery of the College’s scope of registration (accredited courses and units of competency) incorporate the principles contained in the following standards of the 2025 Standards for RTOs:
 
Standard 3.1: The workforce is effectively managed to ensure appropriate staffing to deliver services.
Standard 3.2: Training and assessment are delivered to VET students by credentialled people with current skills and knowledge in training and assessment and
Standard 3.3: Training and assessment are delivered by persons with current industry skills and knowledge relevant to the training product

To ensure that all of the College’s VET training products are systematically validated.

This policy is superseded by the Legislation Awareness and Compliance Policy and will not be reviewed or updated.
To ensure that the College meets its obligations to comply with requests from the VET Regulator, the Victorian Government’s designated authority overseeing funding for education/training, or other government regulatory authorities.

This policy stipulates the risk management and quality assurance processes that must be applied to all of the College’s VET courses delivery with other parties arrangements.

This policy ensures that the College disseminates accurate and current information about itself and its services to the public, especially to all VET students – domestic, overseas, current, intending or prospective.
