The purpose of our collecting student personal information is to process applications, enrolment, to answer any queries, to keep a record of academic progress, to maintain our legal obligations and to market the products and services of the College. Information collected from staff, donors and visiting lecturers is used to facilitate communication and to maintain our legal obligations.

The college has taken security measures to guard against loss, misuse and alteration of information. The college will not disclose personal information to parties outside the College unless we have appropriate consent.
Students should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information in internet chat-rooms, discussion lists and forums provided by the college for the purpose of learning. This is because any information disclosed in these arenas becomes public information.
