Scope:
This policy applies to all College employees.
Statement:
The National Employment Standards in the Fair Work Act 2009, together with the Educational Services (Post Secondary Education) Award 2011, will apply to all employees of the College. Staff who are Religious Practitioners may receive tax-free allowances in line with government legislation.
